*This role is open to both Experienced Parts Interpreters as well as anyone looking to undertake a Parts Apprenticeship.
Position Overview
As a Parts Interpreter at Hutcheon and Pearce, you will hold a central position within our Temora Branch, serving as a vital link between our customers and service technicians for all their parts needs. Your role will require you to complete a diverse range of tasks, including sales, receiving, and delivery of parts, as well as attachments and merchandise. With your expertise and dedication, you will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Support our in-branch Service Technicians with parts
- Promotion and sales of products and/or services
- Handling of parts sales and enquiries
- Placement of stock orders
- Providing parts advice
- Receipting of in-shipments and assistance with delivery to proper inventory locations
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of merchandise displays
- Facilitation of inter-branch transfers of stock
- Follow up on back orders and stock shortages
- Administration and ad hoc duties as required
The Ideal Candidate should have:
- Strong customer service skills
- A high level of initiative, organisation and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of data entry and machinery
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Can follow safe work environment procedures and operations
- Forklift license preferred (we can help you obtain this!)
