Automotive Technician - Queensland

Our client, a leading automotive service provider in Queensland, is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools.
  • Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake adjustments, and tire rotations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, including hybrid and electric vehicles.
  • Communicate vehicle issues and service recommendations clearly to customers.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in an automotive workshop.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and experience working on various makes and models.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for the automotive industry.
What’s On Offer:

  • Annual income for a standard 38-hour week, excluding superannuation, ranges from $73K to $80K per annum, commensurate with industry rates, skills, and experience
