What You’ll Be Doing
- Represent Hutcheon & Pearce in machinery sales, building lasting relationships with customers.
- Stay informed on product features, benefits, and competitive offerings.
- Engage in ongoing sales training to sharpen your skills and industry knowledge.
- Maintain accurate customer records using sales tools like EQUIP, Handle, and Sales Centre.
- Follow a structured sales process to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
- Conduct hands-on equipment demonstrations in the field.
- Assist customers with financing options to secure new and used equipment.
- Support customers beyond the sale, working with Service Specialists to optimise equipment performance.
What You’ll Bring
- 1+ years equipment sales experience.
- Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment and farming or operational practices preferred.
- Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Internet functions.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Ability to analyse and interpret basic sales reports.
- Attention to detail.
