Senior leadership role | Major NSW referral hospital | Near Sydney

We are recruiting for a Staff Specialist Urologist on behalf of a key client located within easy reach of Sydney. This is a rare opportunity to step into a role that combines clinical excellence, leadership, and long-term career progression in a modern, well-resourced regional setting.

The Role

As Staff Specialist Urologist, you will provide both clinical and non-clinical leadership within the Department of Urology and associated outpatient services.

Key responsibilities include:

* Delivering high-quality urological care across inpatient and outpatient settings
* Providing supervision, mentoring, and support to junior medical and clinical staff
* Working collaboratively with the Emergency Department, other specialties, and primary care
* Contributing to service development, quality improvement, and clinical governance
* Engaging with clinicians across the Local Health District to ensure integrated patient care

This role offers scope to shape services, influence training, and build a strong subspecialty footprint.

Requirements

Applicants must meet one of the following:

* **FRACS (Urology)**
* **RACS Advanced Trainee** within 6 months of Fellowship
* **RACS-assessed Substantially Comparable** or eligible for assessment (interview dates booked)
* **NZ-trained Urologists** seeking work in Australia
* **UK CCT Urologists**
