We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full marketing function. Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator role is fast-paced and diverse, giving you hands-on experience across the entire marketing function. You'll assist with creating marketing collateral, updating the website, executing advertising campaigns, social media posts and generating reports. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career within a supportive marketing team.
This will be a 12-month contract with potential consideration for an extension.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Provide marketing support to the team as needed.
- Collaborate on projects and initiatives to drive overall marketing and company success.
- Assist in the development, printing and distribution of marketing materials.
- Website editing.
- Manage John Deere Cases including communication to Branch Managers and updating John Deere Experience Platform and the CRM system.
- Allocate dealer experience calls to marketing team members.
- Assist in conducting customer experience calls to gain valuable insights and feedback.
- Oversee distribution of Dealer Experience Letters.
The Ideal Candidate should have:
- Certificate, Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing or related field.
- Strong editing and proofreading skills with good attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Drive for continuous improvement.
