• CNC programming using CAM software such as cncKad, Autonest, Radtube
• Design using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Understand, track, and communicate facility CNC capabilities and optimization
• Ability to produce both large and small machined parts using CNC machines
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Study drawings, manuals, specifications, and instructions to determine dimensions and tolerances of machined parts, sequence of operations, and set-up requirements
• Ability to use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicator
• Ability to identify the defects in the cutting/ bending quality of the parts and adjust the parameters, tooling, and consumables as required.
• Assist and perform preventative maintenance work on all CNC machines.
• Implement training programs for new and current CNC operators.

• Knowledge and experience in CAD software modeling, AutoCAD, Solidworks, cncKad, Autonest
• Ability to read, write and troubleshoot G-Code
• Knowledge of Fiber Laser Cutting material, cutting gasses, and Fiber Laser consumables and spare parts

• 4+ years of experience in a CAD/Drafting capacity preferred
• AutoNest, Radtube Knowledge: 1 years (Preferred)
• Ability to read and write G-Code (Required)
• CAD/CAM Knowledge: 3 years (Required)
• Diploma/Certificate level in CNC Machining and Programing or related field (Required)
