Are you ready to lead a dedicated ICT support team and make a real impact across 21 locations?
As our ICT Support Team Leader, you’ll lead from the front, guiding your team of 3 to operational success. You’ll combine hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership skills to deliver reliable, high-quality IT support and drive continuous improvement.
You’ll manage our cloud environment and ICT infrastructure across 21 sites, ensuring systems are secure, up to date, and fully operational while mentoring your team and collaborating on major projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and coordinating the ICT Support Team, managing priorities and workloads
- Acting as the primary escalation point and providing Level 2 technical support
- Monitoring ticket queues, KPIs, and SLAs to maintain service excellence
- Supporting rollout of new hardware, software, and operating systems
- Managing IT infrastructure, networks, security systems, and backups
- Driving continuous improvement and implementing ITIL-aligned processes
- Liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders for procurement and solutions
- Overseeing disaster recovery planning and compliance standards
- Maintaining accurate documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
What You’ll Bring
- Cert IV or higher in Information Technology (or related field)
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role or MSP environment
- Strong technical background in Microsoft environments, Azure, and Power Platform
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with ITIL processes and service desk operations
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong troubleshooting skills
- Current driver’s license and willingness to travel to remote site.
