Remuneration value up to $484 807 p.a. (L25 – L27) or Remuneration value up to $443 589 p.a. (L18 – L24), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%), annual leave loading (17.5%), professional development allowance, motor vehicle allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., plus private practice arrangements.
The successful candidate will be an energetic, innovative practitioner willing to be active in the ongoing organisational and clinical development of the ICU .
Good communication skills and commitment to ensuring the best clinical outcome for patients and families are essential.
They have a strong team of experienced emergency physicians with a supportive multidisciplinary team environment and a strong focus on teaching. The Hospital has an accredited Paediatric ED, there is an active Ultrasound program and Simulation, supported by SSP trainees. There is scope for further progression in geriatrics/toxicology, positive workplace culture, innovation and support.
Fellow of the Australasian College for Intensive care Medicine or equivalent qualification registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with Specialist Registration.
