Employment Type: Full-Time | Day Shift
Salary: $29 per hour | $60,320 per annum + Super + 15% Afternoon Shift Allowance

We are currently seeking five reliable and motivated Production Operators to join the team on day shift. These roles offer consistent hours, a clean and safety-focused workplace, and the opportunity to build a long-term career within food manufacturing.
  
Whether you already have production experience or are looking to develop your skills in a structured manufacturing environment, full training will be provided for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate food processing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow production instructions, batch sheets, and quality procedures
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety (GMP/HACCP)
  • Complete basic production and quality documentation accurately
  • Assist with production line changeovers and material supply
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets
  
About You
  • Experience in food manufacturing, production, or a similar environment (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new production tasks
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to product quality
  • Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment (12–16°C)
  • Physically capable of manual handling up to 12kg
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
